Clark Webb has served as the Chairman of the Board since May 2018. Mr. Webb is Co-Founder and Principal of 210 Capital, LLC. He is a director of Crossroads Impact Corp. (formerly OTCQX: CRSS), a specialty finance holding company, which he joined in October 2017. Until November 2024, he served as the Executive Vice Chairman of P10, Inc. (NYSE: PX), an alternative asset management investment firm, since 2017, and he also served as P10's Co-CEO from 2017 until October 2023. Previously, Mr. Webb was a director of GlobalSCAPE, Inc. (NYSE American: GSB), a software developer offering secure enterprise FTP solutions, from 2018 until its sale in August 2020. Prior to co-founding 210 Capital, he was Co-Portfolio Manager of the Lafayette Street Fund, a multi-billion dollar opportunistic equity strategy, and a Partner at Select Equity Group, L.P. Mr. Webb graduated from Princeton University and serves on the Board of Trustees of Christian Union.
